All workouts are effectively designed to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle that helps you stay fit while looking and feeling great. All the workouts are new each week so you never get bored or reach a plateau, all from the comfort of your home! The recipes are easy to make and the advice and expertise is real and all focused on long term and long lasting results.
Throughout our journey we have grown from just myself to a team of 15 fabulous women who help bring our dream to life. Our wonderful group of qualified health and fitness professionals' goal is to provide our members with the skills and motivation required to meet their health and fitness goals. We have 10 Personal Trainers, a Nutritionist, a Pregnancy and Postnatal Expert and an Exercise Specialist.
DediKate has expanded into a strong international community of supportive women who are working to make exercise a part of their lives. Our community started small and has grown to thousands, who are all there for each other and my team and myself couldn't be happier about this!
