Try out our other workouts - challenge yourself and your mate to something new! Each workout is worth a certain amount of points so this is a perfect time to try one that you wouldn’t normally do to get those extra points! The variation of workouts also helps to keep you motivated and add variation.
Maximum workouts a week
Within DediKate with a Mate there are four workouts a week that count towards your points - this evens the playing field, so you are challenged to complete four workouts to help you to maintain a balanced lifestyle and a healthy relationship with exercise.
