How to Participate
Get started on your DediKate Lockdown Challenge in 3 simple steps:
When does the DediKate Lockdown Knockout Challenge Start?
It starts now! You can join anytime in Lockdown.
Do I need equipment?
No you don't! We have a no equipment plan.
However if you prefer to include weights in your training, and you have them at home you will use:
- 1x set of light weights (1-3kgs)
- 1x set of heavy weights (4-8kgs)
- Swiss ball
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can can cancel your DediKate Membership anytime. You pay in advance, so if you cancel your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due. If anything happens during your pregnancy please email kate at: email@example.com
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, on-demand workouts, nutrition support and guidance, meal plans, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
What if I have a question or need some support?
We have an amazing team ready and waiting for your messages! This includes our exercise specialist Alison. Just login to DediKate and head to the get in touch section to send us an email.
Is the challenge suitable for all fitness levels?
This challenge is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Many of our workouts have beginner-advanced levels. Our trainers also give modifications for intense or hard exercises!
Do I need boxing equipment?
No you don't. Boxing pads etc are not used in our boxing workouts, but if you have them you are welcome to use them.
What types of workouts are included in the challenge?
All great variety!
No equipment plan:
- Mostly HIIT and Boxing
- Also Yoga and Pilates
- Mostly HIIT, at home weights and Boxing
- Also Yoga and Pilates
Is this open for both New Zealanders and Australians?
Yes it sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can join!

I'm recovering from an ankle injury and I loved the low impact but high energy BOXLift. I really enjoyed the combo of weights and boxing moves and it was a great full body burn
Love the boxing workouts. Your body is working hard, but you notice it less because your brain is working just as hard co-coordinating your body! The time flies. Would love the option of some bag and gloves workouts for Dedikaters who have these gathering dust at home!
I couldn’t believe how many calories I burnt in a 20 minute BOXlift session. I use calories burnt to inform me of how intense a session was. This was up there with a Sculpt. So much fun.
