Types of Workouts
Choose workouts based on your preference and how many points they are worth! A wide variety to suit all goals and needs!
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short but high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.
Yoga & Pilates
Designed to help you centre your mind and body, strengthen and tone your body and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Our audio-based cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact.
Does my mate need to be a DediKate Member?
Yes, and your mate can be anywhere in the world!
What if I can’t find a mate?
Head to the DediKate Support Group on facebook to pair up with someone!
Do I need to live in the same place as my mate?
No you don't! You don't have to do your workouts together. Do them in your own time and then just keep in touch to encourage each other and keep each other accountable.
What types of workouts are in this challenge?
We have a wide range of workouts on DediKate including: Weight Training, HIIT, Boxing, Yoga, Pilates, Low Impact and Pregnancy and Postpartum. Each different type of workout is worth a different amount of points and you get to choose which ones you do!
Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Yes, for most! Our trainers provide modifications for almost all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best. However, if you are pregnanct or postpartum we have pregnancy and postpartum specific workouts for you on DediKate.
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, on-demand workouts, nutrition support and guidance, meal plans, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Is this open for both New Zealanders and Australians?
Yes it sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can join!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes you can can cancel your DediKate Membership anytime. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
