How to take part
Get started on your Workout for Mental Health journey in 3 simple steps:
How can I win the $1000 prize?
Follow these simple steps to go in the draw!
- Check in to the accountability posts in the DediKate Support Group every week throughout the 8 weeks.
- Complete the challenge and send in your completed planner
- With your planner, also send in your Workout for Mental Health story and a photo of yourself
We will be checking DediKate logins and the winner must still be a current DediKate Member when entries close on Sunday 16th October. The winner will be our favourite story, but they must have checked in every single week!
How is money raised?
Each person taking part asks someone to sponsor them to complete the challenge. When you complete the challenge you collect that money and it goes to our mental health charities (Details are found on DediKate). An extra incentive to see the challenge through to the end!
Do I need equipment?
Nope! You have the choice between two planners, one with ‘Equipment’ or the other with ‘No Equipment’. You can also choose workouts on DediKate that either require equipment or workouts that do not require equipment.
