How to Participate

Get started with Elders x DediKate 14 Day Movement Challenge in 3 simple steps:

Sign up for this bespoke challenge with DediKate x Elders. You will have access to everything on DediKate for FREE until Sunday 24th March!

Step 2

Step 2

Joining here through the KIF x Elders Challenge will automatically register you for the Challenge. Head to the Elders Challenge page on DediKate (Challenges > Starting Soon).

Step 3

Step 3

Choose which planner you would like to do. Either the Individual Planner or the Team Planner. If you have chosen the Team Planner, then register your team (max 5 people) on the Elders Intranet. Download and/or print your chosen PDF Planner. Get ready to officially start, Monday 11th March!

FAQs

Do I need to pay anything?

Nope! It's totally FREE. You get access to everything on DediKate until Sunday 24th March without having to put your card details in, after this date you can access our two week free trial! Note: FREE offer only for those who are not already DediKate Members.

Do I get access to workouts?

Yes! You get access to everything on DediKate which includes a wide variety of workouts which include HIIT training, weight training, pilates and yoga.

Do I need equipment?

Nope! If you DON'T have Dumbbells, simply select workouts with no equipment. All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.

IF you want to do weights workouts, you will need:

  • 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
  • 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-10kgs
  • Swiss Ball (can make do without)

And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones, a Pilates Ball, a Kettlebell and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE!

Types of Workouts

Choose a workout from our wide variety of options, or follow the planner or workout of the day. There is something for everyone!

Weight Training

Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.

HIIT for Fit

Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.

Low Impact

Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.

Boxing

We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.

Yoga and Pilates

Each week there are 2 new Pilates sessions and 2 new Yoga sessions added to DediKate. Perfect to balance out our more intense workouts, or to do alongside the Nutrition Education Programme while you focus on improving your nutrition.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

We have workouts designed by qualified and experienced pregnancy and postnatal specialists and women's health physio's. So you can move your body effectively, knowing it is safe.
