HIIT for Fit
This is an 8 week high intensity interval training challenge packed full of pump β with lots of variety to keep you motivated, keep your body guessing and get you results! HIIT for Fit focuses on cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balanced with exercise modes such as Low Impact, Pilates and Boxing which provides you with the well rounded benefits from high intensity training without overdoing it! πͺ
Weβve designed a fun HIIT schedule that will allow you to smash out a series of 20-30 minute workouts four times a week, with an added challenge of the week to include some extra motivation and excitement!

This is a 6 week planner created for you to build on your fitness and strength from the Ground Zero Planner! It can be daunting to know where to go next, so we have made the next step as easy as possible for you.

This is a super fun and extremely satisfying running (or walking) challenge, combining running/walking with DediKate workouts. Spend the next 7 weeks following this plan and fuelling your body with healthy and nutritious foods, and you will be blown away by your improvement!

Empower your body and mind with DediKate Knockout! An 8 week challenge including boxing style training, using a variety of full body workouts built to increase your fitness and all round strength! DediKate Knockout is packed full of punch, and you can choose from an equipment based plan or a non-equipment plan!
DediKate Baby
DediKate Baby is our Pregnancy and Exercise expert designed plan for those anywhere between 13 and 42 weeks pregnant.
Exercise during pregnancy has so many benefits for you and your baby, but it can be daunting. With clearance from your lead maternity carer, our pregnancy safe workouts, and the support of other mumsβ you can confidently workout to stay strong and energised during this exciting stage of life!
DediKate Sync to your Cycle
This is a 4 week (or thereabouts) plan to help you to adapt your training to your hormones and your menstrual cycle. Why? Because hormonal fluctuations can influence your energy levels and performance all month. Our female friendly training schedule teaches you to understand these fluctuations and harness your hormones in a postive way to get the most out of your training! When you work with your body you get even greater results!

In this 8-week plan, women aged 55+ will learn how to maintain fitness, strength, energy levels and confidence as they age. Ageing may involve not having the same stamina or agility we enjoyed when we were younger. The good news is that getting older doesn't mean giving up physical activity!
