Different Planners for Different Levels
Whether you're new to weights workouts or looking to challenge yourself, we've got you covered with 3 different planners to choose from!
DediKate Lift - Starter
This plan is for those who struggle to be consistent with exercise and want to create lasting habits. You will start by doing some DediKate Mini’s in your plan and by the last week you will have 4x full workouts per week.
DediKate Lift - Classic
This plan is for those who are already relatively consistent with exercise and want to build on it, but don’t want a programme that is too intense. You will build on your strength and fitness and will have a super challenge in the last two weeks! You will exercise 4-5x per week.
DediKate Lift - Hardcore
This plan is for those who are already fit and want to really challenge themselves. It is mostly weights, with other modes to get the most out of your weight training. Each week you will have a super challenge. You will exercise 5x per week.

How do I access the workouts?
When you go to www.dedikate.com and login to your account you will find all the workouts. Choose a workout video and follow along!
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Do I need Equipment for DediKate Thrive?
Yes. To get the most out of DediKate THRIVE you will need:
- 1 (light) set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
- 1 (heavy) set of Dumbbells, 4-10kgs
Ideally also another set of 8-20kgs (this set can be invested in once you are more conditioned to strength training)
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.

Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives.

Caroline Paterson
Head Trainer

Caro is our amazing Head Trainer based in Christchurch NZ. She's a HIIT + Strength trainer on DediKate and a lover of BOXhiit, BOXlift, Ignite and Sculpt. She’s a mother of one very energetic 5 year old boy - Teddy, who is a little legend! She’s also a self confessed ‘Crazy Cat Lady’ and has a Burmese cat named Albie and a Bengal named Leo! In her ‘me’ time she enjoys running, mountain missions or anywhere off grid, along with spending time with friends enjoying good food and of course, bubbles! Family holidays down in Wanaka boating every summer are also a huge highlight.

Nic Sandland
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor in Dance Performance (first year), Certificate IV in Dance, Strength & Conditioning (ASCA), Pre & Post Natal (mishfit® Pre & Post-Natal training & Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer course with Tammy Obst, STOTT PILATES reformer, BARRE instructor, Punch fit level 1 & Kettlebell level 1.
Despite being a city girl at heart Nic fell in love with her local community in Jamestown, South Australia where she moved for her farming husband. Nic then discovered a particular passion for training and helping women in rural areas and launched NicFit Training, a PT and group fitness studio in 2019, which has since expanded into a member-based gym.
Nic has a strong background in dance and has performed professionally in Adelaide, interstate and around the world. She has since swapped dancing for running and cannot wait to train for future marathons after completing her first in 2022.

Types of Workouts
Choose a workout from our wide variety of options. We recommend you do the newest one from the workout type you choose, to get you hitting play ASAP! Remember the sooner you start, the sooner you will be finished.
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
HIIT Training
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Low Impact
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.
