Australian Rural or Regional HIIT and Strength Trainer
DediKate is the online Trans Tasman fitness community for rural and regional women, mums and those who don’t have time for the gym! We have a down-to-earth approach to fitness and our workouts are mostly 20 minutes, so that our nearly 2000 members located all over NZ and Australia can fit them into their busy lives!
We are looking for a HIIT and Strength trainer who lives in rural or regional Australia, to take one-two 20-40 minute online HIIT or Strength workout sessions each week (this will take 2 hours of your time each week). You will film it from your house or a suitable location.
The successful applicant/s will be a great communicator, know how to motivate a crowd, and have a zest for helping others. They will be honest, hardworking, reliable and have a balanced but passionate approach to health and wellness. They will also be willing to have an Instagram account that they regularly use to engage with members and be keen to grow their own online profile.
