HIIT for Fit
HIIT for Fit is an 8 week challenge packed full of pump - with lots of variety to keep you motivated, keep your body guessing and get you results! We've designed a fun HIIT schedule that will allow you to smash out a series of 20-30 minute workouts, four times a week.
You'll be doing our famous Power Sessions and Ignite workouts, as well as our Boot Camp Blast or Resist-Ded workouts! To get started, join DediKate then register for free under the challenges section on DediKate.
The challenge is to complete 48 workouts. You choose whichever ones you wish! This is a great way to make exercise a habit, and secure it as part of your life. Take the pressure off yourself, but aim to complete this in around 12 weeks.

DediKate Ground Zero
The 6-week challenge is designed for beginners, for those who have been sedentary for a while or for those who have lost their fitness motivation. The challenge begins easy but gradually builds up, repairing and strengthening your body and increasing your overall fitness.

This is a super fun and extremely satisfying running (or walking) challenge, combining running/walking with DediKate workouts. Spend the next 7 weeks following this plan and fuelling your body with healthy and nutritious foods, and you will be blown away by your improvement!

Empower your body and mind with DediKate Knockout! An 8 week challenge including boxing style training, using a variety of full body workouts built to increase your fitness and all round strength! DediKate Knockout is packed full of punch, and you can choose from an equipment based plan or a non-equipment plan!
DediKate Baby is our Pregnancy and Exercise expert designed plan for those anywhere between 13 and 42 weeks pregnant.
Exercise during pregnancy has so many benefits for you and your baby, but it can be daunting. With clearance from your lead maternity carer, our pregnancy safe workouts, and the support of other mums’ you can confidently workout to stay strong and energised during this exciting stage of life!
DediKate Sync to your Cycle
This is a 4 week (or thereabouts) plan to help you to adapt your training to your hormones and your menstrual cycle. Why? Because hormonal fluctuations can influence your energy levels and performance all month. Our female friendly training schedule teaches you to understand these fluctuations and harness your hormones in a postive way to get the most out of your training! When you work with your body you get even greater results!
DediKate I Do

DediKate GLOW is a postpartum programme designed to progress you over 8 weeks to help you heal, recover and strengthen your body properly. DediKate GLOW will have you glowing, while feeling confident with your body's capabilities post birth.
This plan is to help you to rebuild your body from the inside out to thrive in motherhood. It took 9 months to grow a human, it may take over 9 months to regain your strength, confidence and sense of self - let this programme be the stepping stone to getting there!
DediKate Rejuvenate is an 8 week Yoga and Pilates challenge that will increase your strength and flexibility while teaching you how to join breath, body and mind! In this 8-week plan, women aged 55+ will learn how to maintain fitness, strength, energy levels and confidence as they age. Ageing may involve not having the same stamina or agility we enjoyed when we were younger. The good news is that getting older doesn't mean giving up physical activity!
