Build Confidence by Taking Action 🌟
One of the biggest barriers for women starting or returning to fitness is a lack of confidence. Negative experiences in the past might make you hesitant to try again. Remember, health and fitness is a lifestyle, not a destination. There will be ups and downs, but gratitude can help you push beyond self-doubt and appreciate what your body can do right now.

Set a goal 📋
Establishing healthy habits and measuring progress starts with setting realistic and achievable goals. Be specific about what you want and how you will achieve it. Determine what time of day you will commit to your goals and for how long. Start small and stay accountable with daily checklists.

Start with a small habit

When creating habits don’t worry about intensity, weights, speed... just move your body 3-5 times a week, nearly every week. Exercising in a way that you find fun or gives you a strong sense of satisfaction, makes you want to do it more, therefore is the best way to keep up consistency!
Starting a new habit can be something as simple as improving your sleep, for example setting your phone aside half an hour before bed.
Focus on consistency
