How many weeks is DediKate28?
There is no set number of weeks for DediKate28. Set a completion date goal and follow your chosen planner. 4 workouts a week takes you to 7 weeks. However, 5 workouts = 6 weeks etc.
What types of workouts are included in the plan?
There are a variety of workouts which include HIIT training, weight training, pilates and yoga.
Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Our workouts are suitable for ALL fitness levels! Our trainers provide modifications for all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best.
If you are pregnant or postpartum, simply print the DWAM Planner and then follow our pregnancy programme, DediKate Baby, or our postpartum programme, DediKate Glow. This means you can do the right programme for you, but still take part in DediKate with a Mate and be in the running to win the prize!
Do I need equipment?
If you DON'T have Dumbbells, simply select the No Equipment Planner! All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.
IF you want to do weights workouts, you will need:
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-8kgs
- Swiss Ball
And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE! And a Pilates Ball!
I generally don’t workout, is this a good place to start?
Yes! We have Low Impact workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels, these will help you safely and appropriately return to exercise.
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Is DediKate 28 suitable for those who are pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely! At DediKate we offer safe pregnancy and postpartum workouts. Celia and Jess are our qualified and experienced Pregnancy and Postnatal Specialists. We also offer exercise plans specific to pregnancy and postpartum that you can do alongside DediKate28!
Do I follow an exercise plan?
We have an optional plan you can follow or you have the choice of a blank planner and choosing your own workouts!
