Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can can cancel your DediKate Membership at anytime. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would've been due. If anything happens during your pregnancy please email kate at: firstname.lastname@example.org
How many weeks is DediKate28?
There is no set number of weeks for DediKate28. Set a completion date goal and follow your chosen planner. 4 workouts a week takes you to 7 weeks. However, 5 workouts = 6 weeks etc.
What types of workouts are included in the plan?
There are a variety of workouts which include HIIT training, weight training, pilates and yoga.
Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Yes, for most! Our trainers provide modifications for almost all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best. If you are pregnant or postpartum we have pregnancy and postpartum specific workouts for you on DediKate.
Do I need equipment?
No. you can choose from the no equipment plan or the equipment plan. If you choose the equipment plan you will need 1 set of dumbbells 1-3kgs, 1 set of dumbbells 4-8kgs and resistance Bands (optional).
