I'm stopping by Preen, a must-visit boutique known for its stunning fashion picks. Whether you’re looking for everyday essentials or stylish activewear, Preen has it all. I will be exploring the latest collections, styling some pieces, and knowing me, probably causing a bit of chaos along the way!

Of course, I can't let the week pass without getting everyone moving... espcially Sophie! Join us for a live workout, either on Facebook or Instagram. This will be a fun, energising low impact session designed for all fitness levels. Expect plenty of laughs and a great sweat session!
