Meet Teek: DediKates New Strength and HIIT Trainer
We’re thrilled to welcome Teek to the DediKate team as our new Strength and HIIT trainer! 🌟 A country girl with a passion for fitness and rural life, Teek brings a unique energy and perspective to her sessions.

Life on the Land
Teek lives on a property near Condamine in Queensland, where her days are as varied as they come. She helps her fiancé (soon-to-be husband in February - congrats, Teek! 🎉) manage three family cattle properties and a feedlot.
Alongside this, she works full-time in finance and runs group fitness classes in town. Talk about juggling it all! 💪🐄
Mornings with a Kick
Her favourite way to start the day? “Waking up with the sun, coffee in hand, and a run with the dogs.” ☀️☕🐕

Did You Know?
Teek has a surprising sporting background - she represented Queensland in netball! 🏐 A testament to her athleticism and competitive spirit.
How She Unwinds
When she’s not busy working or coaching, Teek loves skiing with friends at the local lagoon. Nothing beats a bit of fun and adventure to recharge.

Wide open spaces. For Teek, the freedom of rural life is everything. 🌾
Meet the Fur Family
Teek is also a proud dog mum to three furry companions: Danger and Dodge, two hardworking cattle dogs, and Hank, who retired from cattle work at just one year old and has fully embraced the laid-back lifestyle. 🐾
