Last week Kate, Mikahla, Jodie and Ange journeyed to Sydney, NSW and explored Orange and Dubbo during The Huddle weekend. It was a total delight to get up close and personal with our fantastic DediKate members. Getting to meet each one of you was such a treat!
Live workouts with Sophie Hansen! 💪🏽
After two days of shooting content for an upcoming online workout challenge on Sophie Hansen's farm and DediKate member Sarah's farm in Dubbo, we ran a live Instagram workout early Thursday morning with Sophie Hansen from Local Is Lovely.
The fierce winds whipping that morning didn't stop 12 women from working out with Sophie and the DediKate team on Friday morning! Thank you to the DediKate members who travelled an hour that morning from Cowra and Bathurst to be with us!
The workout was followed by a delicious spread of hot cross buns, granola, and breakfast foccacia made by Sophie! 🤤
Sophie hosted us in her gorgeous BNB which is a recently renovated space on a working farm with a loft bedroom, huge garden and cook’s kitchen. Thank you Sophie for the freshly baked sourdough, granola, coffee, milk and other treats that awaited us on arrival. Sophie's BNB is available to book, find out more here!
The Huddle weekend began!
The Huddle event started off with a bang with a 80's trivia quiz night on Friday. In which we came equal last. 🙈
Saturday involved a breakfast forage at Printhie Wines, a High Tea and a serious of workshops on content and SEO!

The main event!
Sunday was the main event where Kate spoke on a panel in front of 600 fabulous women in business with Jane from @the.beautifulbunch and Jes and Lauren from @dangerousfemales.
It was an incredibly inspiring day and weekend that has left us feeling empowered and reinvigorated!
