2. Mind Your Drink 🥂
Drinking alcohol is almost inevitable at this time of year, and it's perfectly fine to celebrate with family and friends. We recommend eating before you go to the event to slow the absorption of alcohol. This means that you're also less likely to mindlessly overeat. When you drink alcohol, your judgement is impaired, which can also lead you to overeat.
We recommend enjoying a few Cosmos and Margaritas, but if you are drinking in excess, switch to a gin and soda or a lighter option for the rest of the evening.
