Motivate & Encourage
Our audio-based cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
Speed sessions are designed for those that want to increase their running or cardio speed, or have a running or cycling event coming up, or for those that just enjoy running, cycling or cardio based fitness.
Speed sessions use a combination of fartlek training (period of fast running followed by periods of slow running), tempo training (faster and more intense workouts or runs than your normal) and interval training (high intensity exercise followed by rest or lower intensity exercise).
Steady State Cardio
Audio to motivate and encourage you through your cardio session. The options are 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes and 1 hour.
You will have Kate in your ear, motivating and encouraging you the whole way!
