Kickstart your health and wellness journey!
Do you want to make exercise a part of your life? Do you want to improve your energy levels, strength and all round fitness?
Welcome to DediKate Ground Zero! This is a 6 week challenge designed for beginners, those who have been sedentary for a while or for those who have lost their way with fitness. The challenge starts easier and it gradually builds up, improving your strength and fitness.
You will exercise 4x per week, in a realistic and sustainable way. You can do it!
We all start somewhere!
"During changes in my life such as starting university, travelling and having children, I struggled to prioritise my health and fitness. This led to feelings of dissatisfaction, weight gain and low self-confidence.
It is these experiences that inspired me to help others. I GET it! It can be tough, but if you take each day at a time you will be amazed by what you can achieve and by the endless physical and mental benefits you will experience."
