FAQs
Is this a diet/intensive workout program?
This is not a diet! There are 5 weekly workouts on the planner and nutrition advice to set you up for success.
When should I start?
DediKate I Do is a 12 week plan, at the latest you could start 3 months out from your wedding, as the main objective is to set you up with healthy habits to go beyond your big day you are free to start earlier and repeat. If you are getting married sooner than this, you could get started on Week 1 anyway, this will still set you up for a great wedding day, and beyond.
Do I need equipment?
It is preferrable that you have the correct equipment as weight training is included in the plan. If you don't have these or don't want to you can contact our team to find out what workouts you should switch them for, or just choose alternatives yourself.
Equipment:
- 1x set dumbells 1-3kgs
- 2x set dumbbells 4-8kgs
- Swiss ball
What types of workouts are in this challenge?
There is a variety of workouts which included HIIT training, weight training, pilates and yoga.
Is this plan suitable for all fitness levels?
This plan is suitable for almost all fitness levels. Many of our workouts have beginner-advanced levels. Our trainers also give modifications for intense or hard exercises!
Is this open for both New Zealanders and Australians?
Yes it sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can join!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.

Kate Ivey
Founder and Trainer

Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives.

Tracy Scott
Head Trainer

Tracy embraces two core philosophies: that life should be fully experienced, and that exercise serves as a powerful form of medicine. Tracy is deeply committed to empowering women to recognise that exercise is not only about physical fitness but also about enhancing mental well-being and achieving a harmonious life balance.
Tracy takes great pride in being the mother of four young adults and is a vibrant and energetic Nana to her grandson.

Nic Sandland
HIIT, Strength + Pilates Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor in Dance Performance (first year), Certificate IV in Dance, Strength & Conditioning (ASCA), Pre & Post Natal (mishfit® Pre & Post-Natal training & Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer course with Tammy Obst, STOTT PILATES reformer, BARRE instructor, Punch fit level 1 & Kettlebell level 1.
Despite being a city girl at heart Nic fell in love with her local community in Jamestown, South Australia where she moved for her farming husband. Nic then discovered a particular passion for training and helping women in rural areas and launched NicFit Training, a PT and group fitness studio in 2019, which has since expanded into a member-based gym.
Nic has a strong background in dance and has performed professionally in Adelaide, interstate and around the world. She has since swapped dancing for running and cannot wait to train for future marathons after completing her first in 2022.
