💥 How It Works
Each workout is just 20 minutes, 3 times per week. Short enough to fit in, powerful enough to make a difference.
Choose the plan that best suits you:
- Beginner Plan – Ease back in and build your foundation
- No Equipment Plan – Perfect for travelling or at-home training
- Equipment Plan – Grab your dumbbells and get stronger
- Peri to Post Menopause Plan – Tailored to support women through hormonal changes
Choose your 3 workouts for the week:
- Head to each section under workouts e.g. Power Session and choose a 20 minute workout and add to your online planner
- Mark them as 'complete' as you
- Repeat each week... simple as that!
