"After a shocking 2023 and beginning to 2024 health and fitness wise, my confidence and mental health as well as physical fitness was the lowest it had been ever since starting DediKate well over 5 years ago.
My goal for "Spice" was to complete every session on the Classic planner. Consistency- that was my goal, routine back into my life. I love Sculpt and the other weight workouts and coupled with Pilates I thought it would be a great challenge to start back on.
That it was! Not only did I regain my lost routine, I've got back confidence in what my body can do, and with the consistency I managed to achieve, I have gained a considerably amount of strength-results I didn't think would be possible in 8 weeks considering where I started.
I've just reprinted the planner and am starting another 8 weeks of Spice with slightly increased weights.

"My success story is pretty darn basic but I’m taking the time to write it down because I’m trying to be kind to myself and celebrate the success!
I have a chaotic toddler and 2 jobs and decided it was time to make time to prioritize my fitness, health and wellbeing. I stayed really motivated throughout the challenge and was able to complete every workout on my planner. All throughout a kid with croup, a sister very ill in hospital and a trip to chch to visit and care for my elderly mother in law. The wee motivation snippets that all of the trainers use throughout their workouts gave me the motivation to keep going and get it done!
I have lost a few cm from my waist and chest, but more importantly I have gained energy, sleeping better and feel really really good! I’m also proud that I continued to make the time for me and that is my biggest success!
Thank you to you all for the great workouts, the fantastic chat and motivation throughout the workout (all while keeping it real!) I’ve been a dedikater for quite a few years and this challenge is the first I have stuck with and completed!! Thank you 🙌"

"Week one, whispers of fatigue I’ve heard, No prisoners taken, my resolve stirred. Fifteen tri press-ups, knees on the ground, Hardcore commitment, strength newly found.
Week four, subtle progress, yet I persist, Nineteen press-ups, pride clenched in my fist. Week six, my tummy tightens its grip, A rock in the making, determination’s tip.
Week eight, achievement dances in my veins, Twenty-two press-ups, strength that remains. Another challenge awaits, my body’s refrain— Before “tired” creeps in, I’ll rise again!"
