How do I access the workouts?

When you go to www.dedikate.com and login to your account you will find all the workouts. Choose a workout video and follow along!

I've never done anything like this before. Is it really suitable for a complete beginner?

Yes — this is one of the most common questions we get, and the answer is always the same: yes. The Beginner planner is designed specifically for women who are new to strength training. You start light, learn the movements, and build at your own pace. Heavy is relative, and it's always on your terms.

Do I need Equipment for DediKate Thrive?

Yes. To get the most out of DediKate THRIVE you will need:

  • 1 (light) set of Dumbbells, 1-4kgs
  • 1 (heavy) set of Dumbbells, 4-10kgs

Ideally also another set of 8-20+kgs (this set can be invested in once you are more conditioned to strength training)

What else do I get access to?

THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEES. EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP

As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!

Can I cancel any time?

Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.

Is DediKate an app in the App Store?

DediKate is not found in the app store, but can be saved to your home screen as an app! Login to DediKate at dedikate.com and go to 'Setting Up Your Device', to find the super simple instructions on how to save DediKate to your Homescreen.

What types of workouts are included?

The workouts include strength training, HIIT and sprint interval training + some active recovery sessions e.g. Yoga. All designed especially for peri to post menopausal women and based on latest research by Dr. Stacy Simms.

Can I do this programme from anywhere in the world?

Absolutely. Thrive Together is open to anyone, anywhere in the world. We have Thrivers joining from NZ, Australia, the UK, the US, Canada, Europe and beyond and the community is richer for it.

Are the workouts live or on-demand?

All DediKate workouts are pre-recorded and available on demand inside the DediKate, so you can train whenever suits you — no live sessions to schedule around, no time zone issues.

Will the weekly emails and education content make sense outside of NZ?

Yes. All programme content — workouts, emails, nutrition guidance and education — is written for a global audience. We don't assume where you live, what season you're in, or what equipment you can access locally.

What about the prizes — am I eligible if I live overseas?

Yes, international members are eligible for prizes!

What currency are memberships charged in?

You can set up your DediKate membership in three regions — New Zealand, Australia, or Global. NZ memberships are charged in NZD, Australian memberships in AUD, and Global memberships in NZD. Your bank or card provider will convert to your local currency automatically.

I'm in a different hemisphere — the seasons are opposite. Does that affect the programme?

Not at all. All workouts are home-based and suitable year-round, regardless of climate or season. Whether it's the middle of summer or the depths of winter where you are, Thrive works the same.

What language is everything in?

All content is in English.
