"The DediKate48 is by far my favourite challenge. I started at the beginning of February so to finish by end of March has been a push - and I've loved it. My life has changed a lot since starting DediKate (increase mood, increased energy, better sleep and goodbye to 3 dress sizes to say a few things) but over Christmas I hit a phase of only doing Power Sessions or maybe one Ignite and only 4 sessions a week out of a space of "I have to" not "I want to".
This challenge has been great to help me refocus, to remember what it feels like to push myself (hello first lift challenge) and to shift back into the mindset of all movement is good movement. So I have been moving 6 days a week, on days where I have a migraine, a slower Pilates is perfect (or actually sometimes an intense Ignite cures it!!), other days I'll do a DediKate Power Session and then also take Mr 3 for a long hill buggy walk.
This challenge has reset my thinking, taught me to listen to my body, to not always listen to my thoughts when they're negative and reminded me of all the incredible things that DediKate has to offer (rather than just sticking to my safe Power Session). I'm now in a great groove and it feels incredible.
