Nutritious, filling snack ideas! 🥕
Is snacking right for you?
Snacking helps us to concentrate throughout the day, as well as keep our energy levels up!
There is no hard and fast rules about the right number of times to eat a day. You might be a person who works well with 3 square meals and only need the occasional snack. Or you might be a person who really can’t function without an afternoon snack to get you through to dinner. Either is fine, the main things to consider is that a snack is an opportunity to get goodness into your body, rather than a snack being a cake or cookie to ‘push you through’.
