Choose the level you want to work at:
- Beginner - 30 secs, 30 secs rest
- Level 1 – 40 secs, 20 secs rest
- Level 2 – 50 secs, 10 secs rest
- Level 3 – 1 min, no rest
Make sure you warm up well before you start, and warm down and stretch when you have finished!
Workout:
- Jumping Squats or Squats
- Skaters
- Mountain Climbers
- Fast Feet x3, Jump Up
- Split Jumping Lunges or Lunges
Work your way back through the exercises 1-5 as per your level above and then work your way back down through the exercises, 5-1.
