DediKate GLOW
Welcome to DediKate GLOW! A postpartum programme designed to progress you over 8 weeks to help you heal, recover and strengthen your body properly. DediKate GLOW will have you glowing, while feeling confident with your body's capabilities post birth.
This plan is to help you to rebuild your body from the inside out to thrive in motherhood. It took 9 months to grow a human, it may take over 9 months to regain your strength, confidence and sense of self - let this programme be the stepping stone to getting there!

Is DediKate GLOW right for you?
Generally those who had an uncomplicated vaginal birth can start between 6-8 weeks postpartum. If you are less than this, you can start our Core Connect sessions, until you reach 6-8 weeks.
Generally those who had a cesarean birth and are healing well can start from weeks 8 to 10. You can start our Core Connect sessions from 5 weeks.
This programme is suitable for anyone who has had a baby and hasn’t done postpartum specific exercise since. Even if it was 1, 2, 10 or 20 years ago - you will benefit greatly from this programme.

What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
What if I have a question or need some support?
If you have any questions you can contact our women's pelvic health physio, Celia! You can also email Kate at kateiveyfitness.co.nz.
Do I need equipment?
Yes. To get the most out of DediKate GLOW you will need:
- Dumbbells
- Set of resistance bands
But if you don't have these, no worries. You do not need equipement until the third week of the challenge! So do not stress if you don't have any now, you have time!
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
What types of workouts are included?
The workouts include Low Intensity and Low Impact Interval Training, Low Impact Resistance training and Cardio. All designed especially for postpartum.
Is this programme open to both NZ and Australia?
It sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can take part.

I have Diastasis Recti, is this suitable for me?
Yes! DediKate GLOW is designed to repair and strengthen your core post birth, and improve/reduce Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation)

DediKate have the amazing Celia Wahnig and Jessica Walker and their expertise on all things exercising while postpartum! They will be available via email throughout your journey for any exercise questions that you may have.
Celia Wahnig
Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Post-Graduate Certificate in Continence and Women's Health, Advanced Training in: Pregnancy and Postpartum Exercise
Celia has been a Pelvic Health Physio for over 10 years and owns Elevate Physio in Nelson. She loves working with women at all stages of their life to optimise their pelvic and overall health. “It is such a privilege to be part of someones support crew to improve bladder or bowel problems, reduce pelvic pain, improve intimacy, stay active during pregnancy, returning to sport after having a baby or alleviate symptoms so they can enjoy their life, their way!"
Outside of work she loves to ride her mountain bike, run around the beautiful trails with her dog, cook and read a good book. Celia loves to learn new activities and has dabbled in CrossFit, played hockey, competed in equestrian and multisport!

Jessica Walker

Physiotherapist with Special Interest in Women's Health
B. Physio, Women's Health Training Associates introductory & advanced courses, Birth Preparation, Clinical & Studio Pilates Instructor
Jess is a Physiotherapist with Special interest in Women's Health and a mum of 3 not so small babies now. She has worked in women's pelvic health particularly pre & postpartum care for over a decade. Jess launched the 'Rural Womens Physio' in 2022 to deliver pregnancy, birth preparation and postpartum care to regional, rural and remote women online and owns Fit2Function Allied Health in Tamworth NSW. Jess tries to squeeze in a Yoga or Pilates class most days and you will hear her belting out a tune in the shower. Any time spent with her hubby Brady, 3 kids Artie, Cali & Boston and their dog Luis is blissful mayhem in Jess's book.
