HIIT for Fit focuses on cardiovascular and muscular endurance, balanced with exercise modes such as Low Impact, Pilates and Boxing which provides you with the well rounded benefits from high intensity training without overdoing it!
We’ve designed a fun HIIT schedule that will allow you to smash out a series of 20-30 minute workouts four times a week!

What is High Intensity Interval Training?
High Intensity Interval Training is any form of exercise that consists of repeated bouts of a short burst of intense exercise that is followed by a period of rest or low intensity exercise. HIIT workouts range between 15-30 minutes long.

What types of workouts are included?
DediKate HIIT for Fit has a mixture of high intensity interval training workouts, these can all be done from the comfort of your home. In the equipment plan there is Ignite, Boot Camp Blast, Resist-Ded, Power Session, BOXlift, Yoga and Pilates. In the no equipment plan there is Boot Camp Blast, Resist-Ded, Power Session, BOXhiit, Pilates and Yoga.

What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Do I need equipment?
Equipment is optional! All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.
If you want to do weights workouts, you will need:
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-4+kgs
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-10+kgs
And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE!
Is this programme open to both NZ and Australia?
It sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can take part.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
Is this suitable for pregnancy and postpartum
We do recommend that you start with our postpartum specific programme, DediKate Glow. This 8 week programme will help you heal, recover, and strengthen your body post birth.

Kate Ivey - Founder and Trainer
Bachelor of Physical Education, Scholarship in Exercise Prescription, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Certificate in Food and Nutrition
Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives. Kate lives on a farm near Twizel in the South Island.

Caroline Paterson - Head Trainer

Caro is one of our amazing HIIT + Strength trainers based in Christchurch NZ. She's a lover of BOXhiit, BOXlift, Ignite and Sculpt on DediKate. She’s a mother of one very energetic 5 year old boy - Teddy, who is a little legend! In her ‘me’ time she enjoys running, mountain missions or anywhere off grid, along with spending time with friends enjoying good food and of course, bubbles! Family holidays down in Wanaka boating every summer are also a huge highlight.

Em Herbert
Yoga and Pilates Instructor
Certified STOTT Pilates Trained, Certified Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Trained
Em Herbert has been practising yoga and pilates for 15 years and has been teaching for the last five across the UK, NZ, Australia and southern Africa. Raised on horseback in the Australian bush, Em found herself back in Aussie in 2020 thanks to COVID-19 and couldn't be happier about it. She lives with her sculptor husband, Adam and their toddler son, Huckleberry as well as their mini-dachshunds, Kip and Plum.
Em loves how interconnected the body and mind is, and credits her practise to saving her bacon - and enjoys helping others find the same joy in moving their bodies.

Nic Sandland
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor in Dance Performance (first year), Certificate IV in Dance, Strength & Conditioning (ASCA), Pre & Post Natal (mishfit® Pre & Post-Natal training & Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer course with Tammy Obst, STOTT PILATES reformer, BARRE instructor, Punch fit level 1 & Kettlebell level 1.
Nic is a HIIT and Strength Trainer on DediKate from Jamestown, South Australia. Nic moved from the city to the country for her farming husband and discovered a passion for training and helping women in rural areas, helping others to also find a love of movement and exercise.
