What is High Intensity Interval Training?
What types of workouts are included?
DediKate HIIT for Fit has a mixture of high intensity interval training workouts, these can all be done from the comfort of your home. In the equipment plan there is Ignite, Boot Camp Blast, Resist-Ded, Power Session, BOXlift, Yoga and Pilates. In the no equipment plan there is Boot Camp Blast, Resist-Ded, Power Session, BOXhiit, Pilates and Yoga.
What if I have questions and need support?
What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Do I need equipment?
If you DON'T have Dumbbells, simply select the No Equipment Planner! All you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.
IF you want to do weights workouts, you will need:
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
- 1 set of Dumbbells, 4-8kgs
- Swiss Ball
And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them HERE! And a Pilates Ball!
Is this programme open to both NZ and Australia?
It sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can take part.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
Is this suitable for pregnancy and postpartum
We do recommend that you start with our postpartum specific programme, DediKate Glow. This 8 week programme will help you heal, recover, and strengthen your body post birth.
