What is involved in a Core Connect session?
During these sessions, you will learn to connect to, engage and relax your inner core and pelvic floor muscles. Some sessions teach you how to incorporate these techniques while exercising to get the most benefit from your movements and also for the safety and protection of your core and back.
Everyone is different, and your return to exercise post birth or injury can depend on many factors. We encourage women to seek professional advice before doing so if either of these cases relate to you.
