"I just want to say a big thank you for creating such an awesome fitness program that has such great variety and achievable times.
I have completed Ground Zero a week late due to our whānau all getting sick half way through. But our kids in the picture are a big part of my why. I completed this so I can keep up with all the fun they have outside and to have more energy to give my best for them.
I also completed it for me to be a happier version of myself. Life pre kids, I was always active - a competitive swimmer growing up - being active was part of my every day. Since having 3, my body certainly has taken a hit.
Doing the Ground Zero challenge was the kick start I needed to get things back on track, to put time into me. Exercising always brings the happy endorphins, and it has been fun seeing our tamariki learn the exercises alongside. Some days it has been a whānau affair.
My testing showed that through consistency I improved my times and number of reps. As well as feeling happier, I have more energy and more patience with the kids.
I am excited to join some more challenges and continue to gain strength and energy as I put time into me.
