1. Describe yourself in 3 words...
"Short, energetic, kind."
2. What is your favourite DediKate workout to do/film?
"This is a tough one because I love them all! I would have to say Sculpt and BOXhiit sessions are my fav. But then I also love Ignite... Aaaah so hard to choose!"
3. What makes you excited to get up in the morning?
"I love starting each day with some kind of exercise. Whether that be a DediKate stretch, a run or a walk. I normally do my other DediKate sessions at other times of the day."
4. What is one meal you can't live without?
"Hmmm that’s a tough one. I’m a massive foodie so I love all my meals. I’m a huge seafood fan so for that reason dinner is my fav."
5. Describe your family.
"We are a small family of 3. Myself, husband Jonas and our 6 year old son, Teddy. Oh and we have 2 cats, Albie and Leo. We love adventure and spending time with family and friends. Our favourite holiday destination is Wanaka, which is definitely our happy place. We are also super excited to head back to Bali for 2 weeks in July."
6. Where are you located in NZ?
"Otautahi, Christchurch (South Island of New Zealand)."
7. What do you love to do outside of training?
"I love cooking, socialising, boating and holidays with family and friends."
8. Describe your perfect holiday.
"Somewhere warm with water, whether that be a lake, beach or pool. With good friends and family - a few champagnes and cocktails are a must!"
9. Favourite activewear brands?
"LSKD! Such quality, functional gear! Check it out!"

10. Your best and worst habit?
"Best habit - I have to make my bed, well everyday apart from Sundays. It sounds silly, but it gives me an early sense of accomplishment which helps me be more productive for the rest of the day.
Worst habit - Probably needing to drink more water! Working on this! (My husband may be able to add to this, but I won’t ask him)"
