Equipment 🏋️♀️
For DediKate workouts, all you need is a small space to workout and either a phone, tablet or laptop.
You do not need equipment to do a DediKate workout. However, if you want to do workouts with weights, you will need:
- A Yoga Mat
- 1 set of light Dumbbells, 1-3kgs
- 1 set of heavy Dumbbells, 4-10kgs
- Swiss Ball (can do without)
And for some fun, our favourite non-essentials include earphones, a Pilates Ball, a Kettlebell and a set of Resistance Bands! Get them here.
Depending on your fitness level, we recommend starting with 1-2kgs for your light weights and 4-5kgs for your heavy weights!
Set up your space 💫
Working out from home has its pros and cons. Aside from the benefits listed above, working out from home can be hard for those who struggle with motivation. You're not alone!
This is why we suggest that you DediKate 😉 an area in your home where you can associate the space with working out. Keep all your equipment in this space so that when it's time to workout, all you have to do is press PLAY!

How do I stay accountable?
With your space and equipment sorted, how do you stay accountable? That's why we have created a special community for like-minded women on Facebook, the DediKate Support Group. If you have a question or struggling with motivation, simply head to our Facebook Support Group!
We also recommend joining a DediKate Challenge (we have Do Anytime or group start Challenges available), where you will follow a fitness planner and receive weekly injections of motivation and inspiration!
