The next thing I know I’m looking forward to my workouts and doing something for me! In the beginning I worked out 6 days a week because I was so determined to see a change in myself.
Day after day Kate would post so many encouraging things that were so relatable and would really hit home. She talked a lot about finding balance and finding your “why’ in your reasons for working out.
I found my why’s, to feel good physically, but feeling it for mental health was just as important. Second was because being good to my body was going to allow me to have a longer happier life.
Now I’m in the place where I work out 4 times a week because that is what works for me. I’m able to balance my fitness along with raising my family and making time for other things.
I am now 37 years old and am in the best shape of my life, i’m feeling strong and empowered like I can do anything.
Kate Ivey’s platform is like nothing I have seen out there. So much variety of options for anyone to find something that works for them. I Love how relatable the trainers are. They are moms and wives and so much more. The community of support it offers is beyond amazing. Every one of these women take the time to encourage, support, and make time to communicate with you.
