During this challenge you will be receiving points for exercise. When you receive something in exchange for your hard work, it makes you feel that much more accomplished and makes you feel like you've really achieved something.

The potential to earn an extra bonus point adds variety and motivation to your workout week, it encourages you to try something new and change things up!
Variation of workouts
Try out our other workouts. Challenge yourself and your mate to something new! Each workout is worth a certain amount of points, so this is a perfect time to try one that you wouldn’t normally do to get those extra points! The variation of workouts also helps to keep you motivated and interested.
Maximum workouts a week
Within DediKate with a Mate there are 4 workouts a week that count towards your points - this evens the playing field, so you are challenged to complete 4 workouts to help you to maintain a balanced lifestyle and a healthy relationship with exercise.
No limitations
