"I saw a free New World challenge come up and thought I may as well give it ago since it was free.
Now usually I’m the type of person to attempt a workout program for a week and find it too hard and give up. With DediKate I found the low impact workouts so good to start with, the level systems making it easy to do a workout without overdoing it.
I now love doing Ignite, Power Sessions and boxing workouts. I love the variety of the workouts available! I’ve never been someone who would do Yoga or Pilates but they’re so good to do when I don’t feel like doing an intense workout.
The trainers on DediKate are so honest in the workouts admitting they too are struggling with some stuff and not feeling like working out either.
The workouts are so easy to fit into life! They are short but they definitely get the heart rate up.
When I started, I struggled with weight workouts using a 1kg as my light and a 3kg as my heavy. I’m now shifting between 2-3kg as a light and 5-7kg as my heavy weights.
