Tasty Chicken and Salad Pita

Super tasty and super healthy chicken salad pita - ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 50g chicken
- 1/2 a medium capsicum
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 a carrot
- 30g cheese (thumb size)
- Lettuce or spinach leaves
- 1 Pita pocket
Serves: 1 - Cook time: 5 - Prep time: 5
Step 1
Take your pita and add a dollop of hummus. Smear it through the pocket. We chose this wholemeal version for extra fibre.
Step 2
Slice chicken and capsicum and pan fry in olive oil until cooked through (you could do this in advance and leave in the fridge for quick assembly).
Step 3
Grate the carrot and cheese. Rip up some lettuce or spinach leaves.
Step 4
Add all ingredients to the pita and enjoy!
