At DediKate we offer Vinyasa, Yin, and Slow Flow, or as we like to call them Yes!Yoga and BeYoga. Read on to discover the difference and what you can expect from each.
BeYoga
BeYoga provides a restorative practice with two options to choose from. Our BeYoga workouts are gentle sessions designed to nourish the body and balance the mind. They combine stretching, breath work and relaxation and are great for rest days or when you need a ‘little me time’. This practice of yoga works to deepen and stretch the connective tissues in the body: joints, bones, fascia, connective tissues, and ligaments. The aim of BeYoga is to help improve the body as a whole, including bringing balance to our organs, increasing energy flow, and mental and physical well-being.
We have two different styles of BeYoga to cater to your body’s needs! Slow Flow with Helen and Yin Yoga with Billie.
BeYoga - with Helen
Helen’s BeYoga practice is a 'Slow Flow'. It’s more fluid than Yin yet suitable for beginners or those who are after a slower pace with longer holds and deep restorative stretching. It also includes light movements and a gentle flow.
Perfect for: Deep stretching and light movement days.
BeYoga - with Billie
Our Yin Yoga sessions with Billie are more passive and gentle. Each pose is held for a longer period of time allowing the body to move more deeply into the pose enabling greater awareness to breath, a lengthening of the pose, and overall integration of peace within the mind and body.
Perfect for: Deep stretching, soft motions and low movement days.
Yes!Yoga - with Helen
Helen’s Yes!Yoga is similar to a 'Vinyasa Flow' - it is a more challenging practice where you’re going to get a ‘sweat-on’, increased movement and feel like you’ve had an overall workout. Occasionally, Helen will include more advanced mobility drills. Overall, you’ll find these to be dynamic and high energy sessions designed to build fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. Yes!Yoga will challenge you to move at a faster pace as you flow through the poses while providing variations for all levels.
Perfect for: Building fitness, strength, balance and flexibility on high energy movement days.
Each week there are 3 new Yoga workouts released on DediKate, one Yes!Yoga and two BeYoga. Our Yoga sessions range between 20-40 minutes - perfect for busy women.
