"I’ve been a part of the DediKate community for a few years now and before I fell pregnant I was the fittest I had been in years.
Hearing the words, “you’re having twins” was a huge pill to swallow at 36. I was terrified about how I was going to handle having 2 babies at the same time & also worried about how my body would cope with the pregnancy.

My lower back wore the brunt of my pregnancy and my 27 hour labour didn’t help. I’ve slowly been able to ease my way back into postpartum fitness thanks to Jess and the team and I can feel the strength returning to my core. I was petrified at first, I was so worried I had lost so much muscle being pregnant that I would never get my strength back. But being able to fit the DediKate workouts into the pockets of my day has been awesome for my fitness and my mental health.
The variety of postpartum exercises makes it so enjoyable to workout at home with my cheer squad! I’ve never been great at self motivating but with the DediKate team you don’t feel like you’re working out alone!"
