Gemma has just welcomed her second baby and was kind enough to share how Dedikate Baby empowered her to stay active and strong throughout her second pregnancy!

"I gave birth to a beautiful girl last Wednesday morning after a rapid labour and birth. Evie was born within 40 minutes of arriving at the hospital on the 24th of November.
I was an active DediKater before embarking on my pregnancy journey but I wanted to take it a bit easier in my first few weeks to lower the risk. I was a bit nervous after being advised 5 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child, I couldn’t run and my heart rate needed to stay low, so exercise was kept to a minimum.
After a few email exchanges between Jess and myself about exercise and pregnancy and clearance by my LMC, I felt confident to start out at my own pace. Jess is a lovely trainer and I immediately felt like I was doing what my body needed over the second and into the third trimester. Meanwhile, I received weekly emails that kept me informed on what was coming next and I also appreciated the live workouts on Facebook! I am sure that the exercise I had done, especially in my second trimester had contributed to such a quick labour and birth.
I am taking a break for a few weeks but I’m looking forward to when I’m ready to start the postpartum program!"
