"I joined DediKate a year ago for the Move for Mental Health challenge. I was struggling with what life was throwing at us and bullying at work.
I was starting to feel very down and a lot of self doubt was taking over. I walked occasionally and ate whatever I felt like which wasn't setting great examples for my kids.
In the last year DediKate has helped me through fitness and motivation overcome these challenges. I started to care what I was putting in my body. Believing in myself that I can do it and will see results through consistency.
A year on and I have completed a number of DediKate challenges. I completed my first DediKate48 today and am currently doing Move for Mental Health a second time, along with the DediKate Nutrition Education Program.
I am very proud of how far I have come in this short time and know I have further to go, but I take each day as it comes with no pressure and punishment on myself.
I would like to thank all the DediKate team and online community for the motivation through the workouts, posts on Instagram and Facebook pages.
I haven't been on the scales in almost 10 months or measured myself in the last 6 months. I can tell the changes through my clothes and comments from others."
