Janine's Story
"I've been a member for over a year now and love the flexibility and variety of the DediKate platform.
Exercise has helped me stay sane through a very rough year. 12 months ago my husband died leaving myself and our two teenage kids.
Making a goal with myself to complete 3-4 workouts a week, it feels so good to punch, sweat and pound out my worries and frustrations. (Though there’s likely to be some swearing and cursing on hearing we're repeating those damn jumping lunges!!)
I really do enjoy this exercise thing, so I'm looking into studying for an exercise qualification and helping others.

Terri's Story
"I have recently just hit my one year DediKate anniversary!! I am so stoked to say I have stayed consistent with working out 4-5 times a week with a few minor set backs like being sick or having a planned week off to recover properly. I’m a mumma to two small humans and I also work part time - it’s been amazing to have found something that fits to my lifestyle.
In this time, I have dropped 2-3 dress sizes and have maintained by body size for a while now - something I am quite proud of! That’s only a small part of my journey though. There are lots of days where I really don’t feel like exercising but your words of encouragement on Instagram stories/posts and throughout the work out too helps to get me moving. Not only has my fitness increased but the understanding of my body has increased - to know that it’s ok to take breaks or go at a slower pace some times, to know how to nourish my body with good food and to know that all you trainers are human too and the only person I need to compete with is myself.
A couple of sayings that really stick with me - “do your best, right now” and “we are in the hurtlocker together”.
