What else do I get access to?
As a DediKate member you get access to everything on DediKate! This includes new workouts uploaded each week, workout challenges, on-demand workouts, nutrition support and guidance, meal plans, recipes, specialised instructors, support and motivation from DediKate members and more!
Is this programme open to both NZ and Australia?
It sure is! Infact anyone anywhere in the world can take part.
Is this suitable for all fitness levels
Yes, for most! Our trainers provide modifications for almost all fitness levels, and encourage you to do your best. If you are pregnant or postpartum we have pregnancy and postpartum specific workouts for you on DediKate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your DediKate Membership at any time. You pay in advance, so if you cancel, your membership will stop when your next payment would have been due.
I generally don’t workout, is this a good place to start?
Yes! We have Low Impact workouts that are suitable for all fitness levels, these will help you safely and appropriately return to exercise.
Do I need equipment?
Nope! You can choose between workouts that require equipment or workouts that have no equipment. The choice is yours and what fits best for you!
How long does it take to finish the challenge?
Aim to complete in around 12 weeks (so 4 workouts per week), but completing full stop is success.
How much does the plan cost?
When you sign up for a DediKate Membership the plan is free!
Do I follow an exercise plan?
We have an optional plan you can follow or you have the choice of a blank planner and choosing your own workouts!
Is this plan suitable for those who are pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely! At DediKate we offer safe pregnancy and postpartum workouts. Our trainer Jess is a qualified and experienced Pregnancy and Postnatal Specialist. We also offer exercise plans specific to pregnancy and postpartum that you can do alongside DediKate48!

At DediKate we have a wide variety of types of workouts to help you achieve your health and fitness goals!
Yoga and Pilates
Each week there are 2 new Pilates sessions and 2 new Yoga sessions added to DediKate. Perfect to balance out our more intense workouts, or to do alongside the Nutrition Education Programme while you focus on improving your nutrition.
Our audio-based cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short but high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact.
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
