Peri to Post Menopause
Expertly designed to support your hormones, bone health, and overall wellbeing through strength, mobility, and low-impact training — helping you feel balanced, strong, and confident at every stage.
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
HIIT Training
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short and high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Cardio
Our audio cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
Boxing
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.

Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact on your body.
Yoga & Pilates
Designed to help you centre your mind and body, strengthen, tone and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.

Breathwork & Meditation
Join us on a variety of guided breathwork and meditation sessions with Gemma Douglas, aimed to help with your attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

DediKate is made up of a team of qualified and experienced trainers located throughout Australia and NZ. We workout with you, motivating and encouraging you from our house to yours! Meet our founder Kate Ivey and some of our fabulous Australian based instructors below!
Kate Ivey
Founder and Trainer Bachelor of Physical Education, Scholarship in Exercise Prescription, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Certificate in Food and Nutrition, Level 4 Freestyle Group Exercise and Level 3 Circuit Training, Dr Stacy Sims Certificate Menopause 2.0.
Founder and CEO of Kate Ivey Fitness and DediKate, Kate is passionate about helping women to be successful with their health and fitness, while maintaining balance. She started DediKate to help busy Kiwi women like herself to lead positive, healthy and fitness-filled lives.

Mikahla Collins
HIIT and Strength Trainer Cert III and IV in Fitness, including Kettlebell Level 1.
Mikahla is a HIIT and Strength on DediKate from York, Western Australia. Born and raised in the Central Wheatbelt of WA, Mikahla now lives on a sheep and cropping farm with her husband Mitchell, 2 year old Fletcher and baby Kennedy.
She loves strength and power training, as well as using resistance bands to get a targeted burn. Mikahla aims to motivate and inspire regional and rural women through movement and is an advocate for spreading the message of how important exercise is for your physical and mental health.

Nic Sandland
HIIT + Strength Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor in Dance Performance (first year), Certificate IV in Dance, Strength & Conditioning (ASCA), Pre & Post Natal (mishfit® Pre & Post-Natal training & Pre & Postnatal Specialist Trainer course with Tammy Obst, STOTT PILATES reformer, BARRE instructor, Punch fit level 1 & Kettlebell level 1.
Despite being a city girl at heart Nic fell in love with her local community in Jamestown, South Australia where she moved for her farming husband. Nic then discovered a particular passion for training and helping women in rural areas and launched NicFit Training, a PT and group fitness studio in 2019, which has since expanded into a member-based gym.
Nic has a strong background in dance and has performed professionally in Adelaide, interstate and around the world. She has since swapped dancing for running and cannot wait to train for future marathons after completing her first in 2022.

Matika Laycock

Matika (Teek) is a proud country girl, born and raised on a cattle property near Injune, Queensland. Growing up, she was deeply involved in a variety of sports, sparking her lifelong love for health and fitness.
With a strong passion for bringing exercise to the bush, Teek is dedicated to inspiring rural communities to come together, connect, and thrive through movement.

Kathryn Schirmer
HIIT and Strength Trainer
Certificate III & IV in Fitness. Empowered Scholarship Program - Active Farmers.
Kathryn lives on a farm just outside Lockhart, NSW, with her hubby Josh and their 5 children! Kathryn has her Cert III in fitness and has nearly finished her Cert IV, she is an Active Farmers trainer and she was an avid DediKate member before joining the team.
Kathryn also has a nursing and midwifery background, but has swapped her scrubs for activewear! She is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, especially in the bush, by empowering them through fitness and wellbeing to improve both physical and mental health.
