Camille McClymont
HIIT and Strength Trainer
Certificate in Personal Training, Level 1 Boxing, Pre and Post Natal Exercise
Camille has been a PT for 10 years and also has training in pre and post natal exercise and boxing!
She lives on a cattle station called Kalyeeda Station in the Kimberley, Western Australia with her Hubby and baby boy. Their home is 4 hours from the nearest town! (Broome).
Camille loves running and strength training and has always loved moving and challenging her body, and motivating and encouraging others to do the same!

Hayley Debuf
HIIT and Strength Trainer
Diploma in Personal Training, Diploma in Nutrition, Level 1 and 2 Boxing, Pre and Post Natal Exercise
Hayley is a HIIT and Strength trainer from Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia. She is a mother to 3, a keen netballer who loves to run, water ski, cook, and weight train.
Hayley is passionate about helping others to make exercise a way of life instead of a chore. She believes you should move your body in any way you enjoy that doesn’t deprive you of life's pleasures and helps to build a happy, healthy balanced lifestyle.

Mish Pavone
Pilates, Meditation and Breathwork Instructor
Certified Pilates Instructor, over 400 hours in Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork and Himalayan Kundalini.
Mish's dedicated approach to wellness has evolved over the years, but her passion for this work stems from a deep desire to heal, nurture and live a life with more joy, ease and grace.
Mish lives in Melbourne, Australia with her husband and three children, and loves training online with the DediKate Community.

Helen Cole
Yoga Instructor
E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with Yoga Alliance.
Helen has taught yoga for twelve years, with over a thousand teaching hours of experience. She has a passion for anatomy and brings a wealth of knowledge on how the body works as it moves through postures and sequences, combined with the breath. She loves introducing beginners to yoga, watching them transform from the inside out, and challenging more experienced yogis to achieve something thought beyond the realm of possibility.
Helen is from England but lives in Melbourne with her Aussie husband and their two children.

Types of Workouts
Choose a workout from our wide variety of options. We recommend you do the newest one from the workout type you choose, to get you hitting play ASAP! Remember the sooner you start, the sooner you will be finished and feeling amazing!
Weight Training
Using basic equipment, tone and strengthen your body with our low impact strength workouts and our high intensity resistance training workouts that you can do anywhere.
HIIT
Our HIIT workouts are designed to be a short but high intensity blast. Put in maximum effort for a short amount of time to get results.
Cardio
Our audio-based cardio workouts are designed to motivate and encourage you through your session. Great for those who want to increase their cardio fitness, efficiency and endurance.
Boxing
We offer two types of boxing workouts; BOXhiit, HIIT style workouts to improve your all round fitness and strength and BOXlift, low impact yet fast paced boxing style weight training workouts.
Low Impact
Low impact (no jumping) workout options so you can build strength and fitness without high impact.
Yoga & Pilates
Designed to help you centre your mind and body, strengthen and tone your body and improve your flexibility, muscle balance and control.
Stretching & Relaxation
Designed to do on rest days or after a workout, when you need to unwind or when your mind and body wants some go-slow.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
We have workouts designed by qualified and experienced pregnancy and postnatal specialists. So you can move your body effectively, knowing it is safe.
Meditation
Join us on a variety of guided meditation sessions, aimed to help with your attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
